Custom Metal Fabrication

Our custom metal fabrication services deliver versatility and high-quality craftsmanship for projects that require fully tailored architectural or structural solutions. Whatever you design, we can fabricate it—from gates, decorative panels, ornamental features, brackets, frames, supports, custom tubing, and one-off specialty components to any unique piece that can be built from stainless steel, aluminum, brass/bronze, or steel. Using advanced cutting, forming, and welding techniques, we produce parts to exact specifications and reliable long-term performance. Whether you need a modern aesthetic, heavy-duty function, or a completely bespoke design, we create custom metal elements engineered for accuracy, durability, and architectural quality.

Our company offers full-service fabrication—from design review and shop drawings to precision manufacturing and, when needed, professional installation. For clients who only require fabrication, we also provide stand-alone production of custom components, ready for contractor installation. All items are crafted in-house to ensure consistent quality and are available in powder-coated, brushed, polished, galvanized, or custom finishes, meeting CBC and OSHA requirements when applicable. Whether you’re building custom gates, railings, architectural metalwork, or specialized metal assemblies, we deliver components that integrate seamlessly into your project and elevate the design with clean detailing, strength, and professional-grade craftsmanship.

Our Process

Fabrication

Once your design is determined and measurements have been taken, we order the necessary materials and get to work fabricating your custom metalwork.

Dry-Fitting

Once fabrication is complete, we dry-fit the metalwork within your space to make any minor adjustments as needed and ensure everything fits perfectly.

Powder Coating

This highly-recommended optional coating provides increased durability and protection from chips and scratches to ensure your project lasts for years to come.

Installation

Our expert team will complete your installation in typically one day or less, leaving your home spotless and even better than before.

Project Submission

Submit your project details below and our team will contact you to review the scope. This ensures we fully understand your design intent, site conditions, and measurement requirements

Proposal & Design Sign-Off

After reviewing your project details, we prepare a detailed proposal for your approval. Once approved, we conduct a site visit to take field measurements and provide detailed 2D CAD drawings of the proposed design for your review and sign-off, ensuring accuracy before fabrication begins.

Fabrication

Once designs are confirmed, we source the necessary materials and begin fabricating your custom metalwork with precision and quality control.

Installation

Our trained field crews handle on-site installation, coordinating with other trades to ensure a smooth process. Every railing, guardrail, and architectural metal system is installed to meet code and exceed expectations!
