Specialty Metal Railings

Specialty metal railings combine strength, versatility, and design flexibility to create custom railing solutions that enhance both residential and commercial spaces. These systems are fabricated in stainless steel, aluminum, brass/bronze, or steel, and utilize round, square, or custom-profile tubing to achieve a unique aesthetic tailored to your project. Installation options include surface-mount, fascia-mount, or core-drilled systems, allowing seamless integration into a variety of architectural settings. Finishes such as powder-coated, brushed, polished, or galvanized provide durability and style, while each railing is custom-fabricated to exact dimensions and load-rated to meet CBC and OSHA requirements, ensuring safety, performance, and long-lasting appeal.

Our company provides end-to-end specialty metal railing solutions, from design consultation and engineering to precision fabrication and professional installation. Each component is carefully crafted in-house to guarantee perfect alignment, structural integrity, and a flawless finish. During installation, our team ensures secure mounting and precise assembly, creating a railing system that is both visually striking and engineered to meet safety standards. Whether your design calls for a modern, minimalist aesthetic or a bold, custom-profile statement piece, we tailor every detail to deliver a durable, safe, and architecturally refined solution.

Our Process

Fabrication

Once your design is determined and measurements have been taken, we order the necessary materials and get to work fabricating your custom metalwork.

Dry-Fitting

Once fabrication is complete, we dry-fit the metalwork within your space to make any minor adjustments as needed and ensure everything fits perfectly.

Powder Coating

This highly-recommended optional coating provides increased durability and protection from chips and scratches to ensure your project lasts for years to come.

Installation

Our expert team will complete your installation in typically one day or less, leaving your home spotless and even better than before.

Project Submission

Submit your project details below and our team will contact you to review the scope. This ensures we fully understand your design intent, site conditions, and measurement requirements

Proposal & Design Sign-Off

After reviewing your project details, we prepare a detailed proposal for your approval. Once approved, we conduct a site visit to take field measurements and provide detailed 2D CAD drawings of the proposed design for your review and sign-off, ensuring accuracy before fabrication begins.

Fabrication

Once designs are confirmed, we source the necessary materials and begin fabricating your custom metalwork with precision and quality control.

Installation

Our trained field crews handle on-site installation, coordinating with other trades to ensure a smooth process. Every railing, guardrail, and architectural metal system is installed to meet code and exceed expectations!

frequently asked questions

Stainless steel and aluminum are ideal for outdoors due to their resistance to rust and corrosion. Powder coating, galvanizing, or clear protective finishes can be added for enhanced longevity in harsh climates or coastal environments.

Specialty metal railings are often chosen specifically for restoration or replication work. We can match original scrollwork, custom patterns, ornamental details, and period-accurate finishes.

Common finish options include: Powder coating (any RAL color), brushed or polished stainless steel, patina finishes on brass or bronze, hot-dip galvanizing, and anodized aluminum.

Custom metal fabrication allows us to use thicker materials, reinforced welds, and engineered designs tailored for heavy commercial use, high-traffic areas, or long unsupported spans.

Every railing we fabricate is engineered to meet or exceed local building codes for height, load requirements, spacing, and safety. For commercial or public projects, stamped engineering drawings can be provided if needed.

Many modern designs combine metal with glass panels, cable infill, or wood top rails. Mixed-material designs offer both strength and customized aesthetics.

We frequently fabricate unique architectural railings, including laser-cut panels, wrought-iron-style scrollwork, geometric patterns, custom monograms, and contemporary artistic elements. If you can sketch it, we can usually build it.

They are commonly used for: Luxury homes, Hotels & resorts, Restaurants, Multi-family buildings, Office spaces, High-end retail, or Public buildings and custom architectural projects

Depending on the metal and finish, specialty railings can last 20–30+ years. Stainless steel and properly coated aluminum offer the longest lifespan with the least maintenance.

Specialty metal fabrication allows us to create railings that perfectly follow curved, spiral, or helical staircases, as well as rounded decks and balconies. We take precise field measurements and custom-roll or bend the metal components to ensure a smooth, continuous fit.
